Indiana's NewsCenter is the state-of-the-art newsroom of WPTA (ABC) and WISE (NBC) in Fort Wayne, Indiana with an immediate opportunity for an Executive Producer who has extraordinary leadership, writing, producing and technical skills to oversee our day-to-day coverage and execution. The executive producer works side-by-side with the News Director in establishing short and long-term visions and strategies for our networks.

We produce a full schedule of newscasts on both major affiliates, produce INCNow - the market's only 24-hour news channel, and produce the market's first 10 P.M. newscast. We produce local, live access specials and programming. We have a live-camera newspaper partnership that's in its ninth year and we've crafted a very robust and successful news-driven website at www.incnow.tv.

The successful candidate understands the importance of in-show and topical promotion, working closely with our Promotion Department. Our Executive Producer will set standards of excellence by working closely with producers in crafting line-ups and content, maximizing the consistent use of our many resources, and nurturing staff through constructive feedback.
