Indiana’s NewsCenter is the state-of-the-art newsroom of WPTA (21Alive), WISE (NBC33), INCNow Digital Newschannel, The CW, and MyTV Fort Wayne. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team as a Television Newscast Director.

Requirements:
Experience directing live television productions. Possess strong technical, leadership and communication skills; deal effectively and calmly with the dynamics and challenges of live newscast directing. College degree or equivalent very helpful.

Duties:
Directing and technical directing (switching) of fast-paced, graphic intense and multi-platform newscasts. Operate video switcher, graphics DVE, character generator, audio board, and other equipment, for live as well as recorded programs; perform studio duties such as camera operation, lighting, set maintenance, and as needed; create graphics and do non-linear editing. Experience using Adobe PhotoShop, After Effects, Premiere graphics software highly desirable; create, write and produce programs for air.
