MAY 24th is a major filming day at the Lincoln Museum of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The feature length motion picture, THE BOYHOOD OF ABRAHAM LINCOLN produced by Windsong Pictures, Inc. is being produced in association with the Lincoln Museum, the National Park Service, the National Bicentennial Commission for the 200th Birthday Celebration of Abraham Lincoln, and the Federal Judiary Education Branch of the United States Supreme Court.


Upon its release in 2009 in time for Lincoln's February 12th birthday, the film will screen across the United States through February 12, 2010. The focus of the theatrical documentary is to celebrate the lasting Spirit of Abraham Lincoln, " the Making of the Man". The filming on the 24th will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The filming shoot is open to the press, but it is not
open to the public.


With a cast and crew of over 7,000 people from across the country including a host of professional actors, this powerful film will also be shot on location in Hodgenville, Kentucky - Lincoln City and Mitchell, Indiana - Auglaize Village, Ohio - Lerna, New Salem and Springfield, Illinois -Gettysburg, Pennsylvania - and Washington DC.
