Chalk It Up to Awareness is an initiative of YWCA Northeast Indiana partners with colleges or businesses who are interested in creating awareness about domestic violence by using colored chalk to create sidewalk billboards. The use of statistics, quotes and art grabs the attention of those passing by and creates aware-ness.
