Redeemer Radio will broadcast their semi-annual Fall Sharathon Celebration from its East State Boulevard studios October 23, 24 and 25 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The listener-supported station serves the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend as well as portions of Northwest Ohio in the Diocese of Toledo.
Learn about all of the great events happening in the community and faith-filled stories as Redeemer Radio celebrates the Hands of Christ Sharathon. Dozens of area priests, parishioners and community leaders will fill Sharathon by showcasing each hour through sharing of their stories, and how they are being the Hands of Christ in the parishes and through community outreach.
Buck and Julianne Toenges are the Sharathon Chair couple and will be joining Redeemer Radio for the three days of Sharathon. The guest line-up includes Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades, a call in from Bishop Leonard Blair of Toledo, The Franciscan Brothers Minor, The Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist located at St. Felix in Huntington, St. Vincent, St. Charles, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, St. Jude Parishes, Bishop Dwenger and Bishop Luers High Schools, among many other parishes and community resources. Visit Redeemer Radio’s website for the complete Sharathon line-up
Funds from the Hands of Christ Fall 2013 Sharathon cover the operating expenses of the stations. The Sharathon also makes it possible for listener-supported Redeemer Radio to continue to serve the community by means of Catholic radio and sharing the truth and beauty of the Catholic faith.
During Sharathon, pledges from individuals and businesses are taken by phone at 260-436-1450 (toll-free 1-888-436-1450); online at www.RedeemerRadio.com or delivered in-person to the station on East State Boulevard.
