"Stillness Retreat" at Victory Noll Center

Winter can leave people feeling so fragmented, pulled in a hundred directions. By February there is the feeling that Spring will never come, and people get restless and distracted.

On Saturday, February 2, Victory Noll Center will host the program "Stillness Retreat" teaching wellness and spiritual practices that bring an awareness of God’s Presence.
Jan Parker, Cheri Krueckeberg and Sue Wilhelm will facilitate the program to gather the fragments and bring them to center: “Be Still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10).

Krueckeberg is a yoga practitioner and teacher, and an Assistant Professor of Social Work and Gerontology Program Director at Manchester College. Parker earned the certificate of completion in Training in Healing and Transformation from CAPACITAR International, Inc. and currently teaches wellness practices. Wilhelm is Director of Victory Noll Center and offers her expertise in spirituality and the Labyrinth.

The program runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include healthy snacks. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $30 and registration is required by January 25.
