December 2nd at 1:00 p.m. Swedish Views on Early Childhood
This presentation will include images and experiences from an educator's recent trip abroad to Sweden to study their national preschool curriculum and explore how the culture is different than the U.S. Participants can expect to learn more about the culture, foods and
lifestyle of the Swedish.

more inviting than the aroma of dinner as you return home after a busy
day? Would you like to serve delicious meals that are also economical? Join us as we explore the advantages and possibilities of crock pot cooking! Following the presentation, samples will be available to taste.

February 5th at 1:00 p.m. Cut It Out The Power of Coupons Clipping
coupons hardly sounds like a lesson in high finance, but research shows an increasing number of people are using coupons. Coupons and rebates can help provide key savings for families. The individual amounts of money may seem small at first glance, but someone who consistently saves each week or month will reap the benefits at the end of the year. The key to success is to develop a clever and easy-to-maintain coupon strategy.
March 11th at 7:00 p.m. Diabetic Cooking What are some of the changes that are easy, tasty and lend a positive approach to one learning they have diabetes? This program will detail how the ingredients used can modify the fat, carbohydrates and sodium of a food dish and still satisfy one s hunger. Based on the Dining with Diabetes program, this session will provide a short version on how to still eat food favorites, but with modifications.
