Free sports physicals -- just in time for the upcoming fall sports season….! Christian Community Health Care is excited to once again offer this service to area families. Their “Free Sports Physicals Day” will be held at the CCHC clinic building, 13410 Main Street in downtown Grabill, Indiana, this coming Thursday, July 19. This
event is open to any middle school, high school, or collegiate athlete in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, and is available free of charge (donations are appreciated) on a walk-in basis. Grabill Bank is furnishing additional parking, and Subway and Higher Grounds are also providing sponsorship.

Due to the overwhelming response at the 2011 Free Sports Physicals Day, CCHC is offering two convenient sessions this year: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Students should bring their school’s athletic physical form – universal forms (IHSAA, OHSAA) are available at the clinic. If athletes are unable to attend this event, sports physicals are also available on a limited basis during any of CCHC’s weekly Acute Care Clinic sessions (please call ahead to assure that qualified medical personnel will be working when you plan to visit).
Christian Community Health Care provides free health services throughout the school year for area families in need of assistance. The talented CCHC volunteer medical staff supplies treatment for simple, non-emergency illnesses. Weekly Acute Care Clinics are scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings (Tuesdays
only in July). CCHC also serves as a satellite location for A Hope Center, providing free pregnancy services.
