Cheese is an excellent source of calcium and is part of almost everyone’s daily diet. Learn how to make cheese at home and, more specifically, how to incorporate it into a Caprese Salad. Join Terry Richardson from Cheesemanstore as she demonstrates how to make this tasty dairy product and sample unique artisan cheeses from Wisconsin in this very “cheesy” class. You’ll receive a cheese making kit to take home so you can make mozzarella for friends and family.
Ages 5-adult (Families can pay one registration fee per household, bring more than one student and receive a single cheese making kit). Registration deadline: September 20. Min.10. Max. 15.
