Event Description
Join us around the Whitley County Courthouse Square for the AMAZING Ice Carvings at this year's Fire & Ice Winterfest!
There are many activities and events taking place throughout the weekend including: Kid Activities, Chili Cook-off, Hot Pepper & Ice Cream Eating Contest sponsored by DQ Grill & Chill, Craft Bazaar, Ice Cube Dash, and the Snowflake 5K. We also need all Whitley County youth, ages 4- Elementary school, to help us name our snowflake mascot. To register for these activities, sponsor an event, or name our mascot, please click on the links listed below.
On Saturday, January 22
9am- 2pm - Kids Activities at The Center
10am- 2pm - Fire & Ice Bazaar at The Clugston
10am- 3pm - Booths on the Square
11am- Snowflake 5K 11am (Registration @ The Center 9:30- 10:45 am)
12pm- Ice Cream & Hot Pepper Eating Contest at The Center
On Sunday, January 23
10am- 2pm- Fire & Ice Bazaar at The Clugston
12pm- 3pm- Ice Carving Competition
12pm- 2:30pm- Chili Cook-Off at The Center
10am- 3pm- Booths on the Square
3pm- Awards at the Gazebo
