Pets of all shapes and sizes are invited to show off their best Halloween costumes at headwaters park in Fort Wayne on Saturday October 20th, 2012 from 11am - 2pm.
All monies from this fun filled event will go to Animal Care & Control in support of their animal cruelity prevention team. They ensure public health & safety as well as prevent pet over population, animal neglect and animal cruelty through education, rescue, and law enforcement.
