Directed retreats offer extended time to tend to the movement of God in a person's life. It is a special time to go apart and listen, to draw close to the Presence and be refreshed in an inner spirit.
Victory Noll Center is offering "Way of the Desert" directed retreats, and participants may choose from a pair of four-day opportunities in February and March. The first session runs from 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, and runs through 3:30 pm. Sunday, Feb. 24. The other session begins at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, March 3 and goes through 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 6.

At Way of the Desert Retreats, participants may also participate in Centering Prayer and group Lectio Divina. Components of this retreat focus on silence, solitude and prayer. Retreatants usually spend 3 to 5 prayer periods per day of one hour in length, depending on one’s prayer rhythm and unique relationship with God.

Retreat Leaders are Nancy Brousseau, OP, D.Min. and Victory Noll Center director Sue Wilhelm, D.Min.
The cost for each session is $290 and includes single occupancy lodging with all meals.
Early registration is encouraged because each retreat is limited to the first 10 people who register. Full payment is required seven days before the beginning of the retreat.
