Qualifying residences must be owner-occupied and within Fort Wayne city limits.
Funding for the Senior Home Repair Program is provided by a Community Development Block Grant, through the City of Fort Wayne, Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services. For more information and pre-screening, call Aging & In-Home Services’ Aging & Disability Resource Center direct line 469-3036.
