The DeKalb Outdoor Theater Board announces its partnership with magician Kevin Heller to bring DeKalb County the Theater of Magic on Sunday January 26th at DeKalb High School.
The shows will be at 1:30 pm and again at 6:00 pm in the DeKalb High School auditorium.

Also featured will be the DeKalb Dynamix, Miss Indiana 2014 -Terrin Thomas and Miss DeKalb County Samantha Hunt.

The DeKalb Outdoor Theater is preparing for its sixth season of bringing quality performances to DeKalb County during the summer months. Most of these performances are provided at no cost or very little cost to the general public. This is possible through sponsorships or private donations but every year there is a gap between what the DOT can raise and the cost to provide this entertainment. To close this gap, the DOT is hosting magician Kevin Heller’s Theater of Magic to raise the needed funds. Tickets for this event are $10 each but for a $20 VIP pass, individuals will have preferred seating and will be invited backstage before the show to meet Kevin as well as the 2014 Miss Indiana – Terrin Thomas. Elementary age children can also be eligible to enter a drawing to win a new bicycle and magic kit by coloring the printed coloring page of Magician Heller and his assistant Robin and bringing it to the performance. Child must be accompanied by an adult and must be present to win.

Tickets can be purchased at the DeKalb Chamber Partnership, at Carbaugh Jewelers, at Garrett State Banks main branch and at Hart’s Super Value in Waterloo or on line at where you can also find more details about this event. Coloring pages are also available at ticket locations and online.
