The Midwest Pet Refuge is issuing an open call for vendors/exhibitors to set up during a Pack the Park event in September. The event will be held the 26th and 27th of September at the Hudson Family Park located at 509 S. Wayne Street, Portland, IN 47371

Vendors can exhibit Saturday the 27th of September from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Set up at 9 a.m.). There will also be a band Friday night from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., if vendors wish, they may set up that night. No vendor booths or items can be left at the park overnight. All vendors must have craft/new or party items (31, Origami Owl, etc) or pet related items. No used/garage sale type items will be allowed.

Booth rental (non-electric) is $25.00 for approximately a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for chairs, tables, canopies etc. Space is limited, call to reserve your space as soon as possible.

The event will entail a band on Friday the 26th, a family fun day with activities for kids, a corn hole tournament, a bake sale, a band, food and beverages and more on Saturday the 27th.
