Join friends for the annual Holiday House Walk through Rome City homes decorated for the season on Saturday, November 19, Rome City, IN. Each year in November the Rome City Chamber of Commerce sponsors a Holiday House Walk highlighting homes in the Rome City Area. The homes are decorated by the homeowners and are open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site is also having a holiday event the same day with extended hours. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased at the Rome City Town Hall, Nancy’s Cutting Room, The Limberlost Library and New Wave Salon. Tickets are also available the day of the walk at the Rome City American Legion. In the past, other events that day have included the Methodist Church Bazaar and an open house at The Potter’s Shed.
Tickets are $6
The American Legion will be serving brunch from 9am-1pm. There will be an Artisans' Market at th Town Hall from 10am-4pm. Rome City Methodist Church will have a Bazaar from 9-2 - Breakfast & Lunch Served. 4.Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site's "A Dream of Beauty" will run from 11-9.
