Event Description
After Dark will be holding the 23rd Annual AIDS Benefit on Saturday June 23rd, 2012. This year’s benefit, which will raise funds for the AIDS Task Force of Northeast Indiana, is titled “Hope” and has a goal of $20,000. This year’s benefit will take place at After Dark at 1601 South Harrison Street in Fort Wayne. Admission to the 23rd Annual AIDS Benefit is $5 per person, with the doors opening at 6 pm.
Attendees will take part in a live auction, sample fare from Calhoun Street Soup Salads and Spirits eclectic appetizers, and be entertained by the area’s best live vocalists and impersonators. Included with the cast for the evening are Tula, the Grand Empress of Fort Wayne, and Della Licious, a former Fort Wayne radio personality.
Tickets are available at After Dark, Babylon, Calhoun Street, and the AIDS Task Force.
Donations, both monetary and for the auction, will be accepted at After Dark. Monetary donations, made out to the AIDS Task Force can also be mailed to LBV, 1601 South Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
