Explore technology before you head back to class - play with different kids of ebooks and audiobooks and find out what the library has to offer for use on your computers, phones, tablets, and other devices. We want to answer your questions!

6th Grade Lock-in
Are you entering 6th grade this year? Then you've graduated from the Children's Services department to the Young Adults' department! Join librarians from both departments for a special after-the-library-is-closed "graduation," meet some cool YAs, and have fun in our 6th grade lock-in. Advanced registration is required. Call Children's Services (421-1220) or Young Adults' (421-1255) for more information.

Are you ready for some sopping wet experiments? Drop by Children's Services to see what crazy things will sink and what crazy things will float! Starting July 25th through August 7th, you can submit creative suggestions for the librarians to test on August 13th. This dripping, drenched, and completely soaked day will be lots of fun!

Join the fun of storytime and then grab your grown-up and spend some time in the activity stations designed for parent and child play. They will be set up and available for use throughout the day. (The Early Learning Center is open from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm).

Each month, we'll choose an award, read some books that have won, and talk about why they might have won. Did I mention we'll be giving away FREE books? It's true!
