Mrs. Judy O'Bannon, Indiana's First Lady from 1997 - 2003, will serve as East Allen County Schools Educational Foundation's keynote speaker during the 2013 Dinner / Auction event. This fundraising event will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at IPFW's International Ballroom (Walb Union) with doors opening at 5:45p.
