Welcome to the Indiana’s NewsCenter Fort 4 Fitness Challenge! Our goal is to show that through proper, patient, & progressive training that anyone can achieve an incredible fitness goal like the Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon. So follow along as each week INC’s Mary Collins and Physical Therapist Dr. Jamie Gordon take you every step of the way.
