ROCKVILLE, Ind. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a woman convicted of murder who escaped from the state prison in Rockville.
A prison spokeswoman says 29-year-old Sarah Pender could not be
found following a routine check Monday afternoon at the Rockville
Correctional Facility.
Pender is from Nineveh, Indiana, and was convicted of murder in Marion County.
Authorities describe Pender as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, medium build with brown hair and blue eyes. She has a target tattoo on her upper right leg and a faded butterfly tattoo on her chest.
