FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Mayor Tom Henry announced the awardees of this year's Commercial Facade Grant program.
The awardees will receive a total of $202,691 in city funding to make improvements to the facades of this businesses. All the awardees have pledged to add nearly $850,000 in private investments to this total.
The winners are:

Born Again Quilts
Brewers' Art Supply
Fairfield Shops
Java Bean
North Anthony Center
Oyster Bar
Redwood Inn
2020 Broadway Building
Quimby Village will get $40,000 to revitalize the area and bring a new performing arts center to Fort Wayne. The owners of Clyde Theatre, Even Keel Event Productions, plan to chip in another $150,000 to repair the vacant theatre on Bluffton Road. It is planned to be opened in late 2014 and will include an art gallery, recording studio, retail space, offices and a restaurant.
