Cequent In Huntington To Close

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Workers at a trailer hitch manufacturing company in Northern Indiana will spend part of Thanksgiving looking for new jobs.

TriMas Corp. announced the closure of Cequent Performance Producers announced the 2013 closure of a warehouse in Huntington, 84 Commercial Rd. A plant in Goshen will also be closed.

Officials say they plan to send the jobs to Mexico.

It is not known the number of people affected, but the Goshen plant employs 450 people.
