WARSAW, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A Warsaw native, Franklin "Frankie" Lewis Engle, 33, has been arrested by Kosciusko County police. He has been charged with two-preliminary counts of sexual misconduct with two juveniles, ages 14 and 15.
According to investigators, the nearly 3-month investigation revealed details that they won't make public because of the manner of the crimes. Engle is being held in the Kosciusko County jail with a $20,000 bond.
