WASHINGTON (www.incnow.tv) - The U.S. economy added 155,000 jobs in December, but the the national unemployment rate still rose to end 2012.
The December jobs report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows unemployment increased by a tenth of a percentage point to 7.8 percent.
Jobs were mostly added in health care, food services, construction and manufacturing.
Now into the new year, economists are watching how the "fiscal cliff" issue will affect the job markets
