Fort Wayne Man Faces Federal Child Porn Charges

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (www.incnow.tv) - A Fort Wayne man has been accused of using the internet to exploit a Kansas minor.

Brett J. Williamson, 35, was indicted on three federal counts of producing child pornography and three counts of enticing a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activities.

Court documents say between February and April 2012, Williamson persuaded a girl in Douglas County, Kan., to send him photos of herself doing sexual acts.

Williamson is jailed in Douglas County.

If convicted, Williamson faces 15 to 30 years in federal prison on each count of producing child pornography, and at least 10 years in prison on each count of enticing a minor. Each count carries a fine up to $250,000, also.
