FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A Fort Wayne man is dead Sunday after a crash on U.S. 33.

The Allen County Coroners says Randall Faulk, 29, died at a local hospital from blunt force trauma.

On Saturday, Faulk crossed the center line and drove his Mercedes into a pick-up truck traveling the opposite direction. The collision caused the truck to slide-off into a ditch.

Faulk was air-lifted to a local hospital where he later died. The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

Authorities say Faulk was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
