DeKalb County Airport Opens New Terminal

AUBURN (21Alive) - The new terminal is now open at the DeKalb County Airport.

Members of the DeKalb County Airport Authority held a ribbon cutting Friday evening to unveil more than $200,000 in renovations.

"We have been planning this for the past four to five years," Brad Stump of the DeKalb County Airport Authority says. "We have done a great job and we had partners on the way,from the engineering firm, to the consulting firm, and the results kinda speak for themselves."

The new terminal will have an open house on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A pancake breakfast for $5 per person or $15 per family.
