LOUISVILLE, Ky. (21Alive) - The search for a missing Fishers, Ind., girl believed abducted Wednesday by her mother ended peacefully Thursday night.

Louisville Metro Police found Sophia Snow, 8, and her mother, Jennifer Ansari, at a home in southwestern Louisville around 5:45 p.m.

Sophia is fine, police say, and is on her way back to Indiana with relatives.

Ansari was arrested on an outstanding Indiana warrant for custodial interference. She was cooperative when authorities caught up with her, police say.

An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday night after Sophia went missing in Fishers, and thought to be taken by her mother. The description of the car Ansari was believe to be driving had Kentucky license plates, the Fishers Police Department says.

Ansari is in a Louisville jail awaiting extradition back to Indiana.

Police are unsure the relationship between Ansari and the home where she and the girl were found.
