4 Indianapolis Officers Wounded In Shootout; Suspect Killed

INDIANAPOLIS (21Alive) - Four Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officers were shot and wounded Wednesday night while serving a warrant.

Around 8 p.m. Wednesday, police found themselves exchanging gunfire with a man on the southeast side of Indy.

The suspect was shot and killed during the gun battle.

None of the officers is thought to have life-threatening injuries.
