Kosciusko County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - One person is in critical condition and another in serious condition after their car crashed into a tree early Saturday morning in Kosciusko County.
Around 2 a.m. police were called to a home near Syracuse on a report of domestic battery. No one answered the door but police saw a car drive off right after they left the house.
Police caught up to the vehicle, tried to pull it over and the car sped up. After the driver ran a stop sign the car began to skid sideways, slammed into two pine trees and rolled over, trapping the two people inside.
Both were air lifted to a nearby hospital.
