2011 Three Rivers Festival: Children's Fest at IPFW

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Three Rivers Festival may mostly be downtown but don't forget Children's Fest!

The annual festival favorite runs Friday and Saturday at IPFW.

There will be tons of activities, rides and educational booths on display and all of its free!

There will also be character parades for kids in costume each day at 11 am and 2 pm.
