INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A total of 53 people who attended the Sugarland concert at the Indiana State Fair when stage-rigging collapsed have filed a tort claim.
They want a share in Indiana’s $5-million liability cap.
Those wishing to make a claim must file paperwork with the Indiana Attorney General by November 1st to be eligible.
The funds will be distributed sometime after that.
