FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Fort Wayne based Vera Bradley has filed paperwork for an initial public offering of stock that could generate up to $175 million.
Vera Bradley executives intend to use the offering to expand their full-price stores from 28 to 300.
According to the filing, the company's net revenue has more than doubled over the past 5-years to $289 million.
Because of the filing, Vera Bradley is not allowed to comment on the plans to take the company public.
