Fort Wayne Volunteer Picked AARP State President

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – A Fort Wayne resident is chosen as the new state president for AARP Indiana.

Curt Sylvester spent many years as a volunteer leader for AARP Indiana and has been picked to be the next state president. This position is considered very prestigious.

Some of Sylvester's responsibilities as president includes statewide networking, strategic planning, and serving as a leader for the organization's volunteers.

Since 2006, Sylvester has been volunteering with AARP in the Fort Wayne area and he's been a member of the Executive Council since 2010.
