NEW HAVEN, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A New Haven man appeared in court for his initial hearing to be formally charged in a child molesting case involving a girl younger than 14.
33-year-old Matthew Philbee pleaded not guilty to three A Felony charges of child molesting, one C Felony count of child molesting, and one D Felony charge of vicarious sexual gratification.
He'll be back in court in two weeks for a trial setting hearing.
