Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Charges could be amended after a second person died over the weekend from injuries she received in a two-car collision last week.
Starr Bebout, 74, died Sunday. Her husband 79-year-old Harold Bebout was killed when a pick-up truck, driven by 50-year-old Corina Hurtado slammed into their van at Fairfield and Taylor.
Police say Hurtado had a blood-alcohol content of .17 and cocaine in her system when she ran a red light, hitting the Bebouts' van.
