UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Airport screeners are starting to get up-close and personal with airline passengers.
The TSA is phasing-in its "Enhanced Pat Down" procedures at airports across the country.
The agency says the pat downs are used after an alarm is sounded in a walk-through metal detector.
Passengers can opt for an “Advanced Imaging Scan” instead of the pat down.
