ALLEN COUTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Beginning Friday it will be illegal to sell K2 and Spice anywhere in Allen County.
The ordinance passed by the County Commissioners last Friday, includes a $2,500 fine to any business selling the synthetic marijuana.
All fines collected will be placed in a K2 administration fund to cover the cost of enforcing the ordinance.
