Allen and DeKalb Fire Crews Combat Barn Fire

DeKalb County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Fire crews from DeKalb County and Allen County worked together to fight a massive barn fire near the DeKalb-Allen County line early Wednesday morning.

Fire crews were dispatched to 2179 CR66 in DeKalb County shortly after 7:30 a.m.

The farm sits west of I-69.

Workers at One Summit Square in downtown Fort Wayne said they could see the smoke from the fire.
