INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana Appeals Court says prosecutors can try a Fort Wayne man on charges stemming from his arrest for taking up-skirt photos.
The court reportedly ruled attempted child exploitation charges are allowed in the case against David DeLagrange.
DeLagrange was arrested in last 2010 after police said he took pictures up-skirts and dresses at a mall in Indianapolis.
But voyeurism charges were later dropped, which prompted state lawmakers to pass a new law in 2011 making lewd photographs in public illegal.
