PHOENIX (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The man accused of carrying out that mass shooting in Tuscon pleaded “not guilty” Monday to charges of attempted murder against Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords and two of her aides.
Jared Lee Loughner made his first appearance in court Monday after the shooting spree in which 6 were killed and 13 wounded, including the congresswoman.
The 22-year-old is facing federal charges involving Giffords and her aides but will face state charges dealing with the other victims.
