UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) – He’ll talk to Oprah, but not to anti-doping officials.
Lance Armstrong’s attorney says his client will not interview under oath with officials from the U.S. Anti-doping Agency a move that could have helped him remove a life time ban from competition.
In a statement, Armstrong said he would not participate in a process that he says aims to “demonize” certain individuals. After years of denial, Armstrong admitted last month that he used performance enhancing drugs to help win seven Tour de France titles.
The USDA stripped Armstrong of all Tour titles after a lengthy investigation.
