FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Fort Wayne Police are investigating yet another pharmacy robbery Monday afternoon.
This time, the man demanding the drugs left empty handed.
Around 3:30 the suspect approached the pharmacy counter at Kroger on East State.
Initial reports indicated the suspect handed the pharmacist a note indicating he had a gun and demanded the pain killer Opana.
A Kroger employee tried to grab the suspect, when the bandit broke free he made a run for it escaping in a silver colored vehicle.
