FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The news of the S&P downgrade couldn't have come at a worst time for developers of the Harrison Project.
Appraisers must determine whether or not the project is really worth the $17.5 million pricetag.
Fort Wayne Corporate Counsel Tim Haffner says this is not a typical appraisal and yet he feels confident that the partners have everything is in order and that the investors in the project have everything ready to go.
The plans call for a mix of retail, office space and apartments.
