Standoff at Arbor Lakes Apartments Ends Peacefully (With Photos)

Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – A stand-off with police ends peacefully Tuesday morning.

Fort Wayne Police were called the Arbor Lake Apartment complex on a domestic dispute.

By the time officers arrived the man, 38-year-old Michael Stots, had refused to leave his apartment.

Reinforcements were called in and Stots surrendered to police without incident.

Stots was arrested on strangulation and battery charges.

The incident remains under investigation
