Battle Rages On To Unseat Newly Elected Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana Democratic Party is not giving up on its attempts to unseat soon to be Secretary of State Charlie White.

Indiana Democratic Chairman, Dan Parker filed an appeal with the Marion County Circuit Court after the Indiana Recount Commission dismissed the party's challenge to Charlie White's eligibility to serve.

The Democrats say White committed voter fraud when he voted in the wrong precinct during the May primary, making him ineligible to serve as secretary of state.
