DETROIT (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Talks between the big-three automakers and the UAW continue.

Some of the issues on the bargaining table?

Signing bonuses, pay raises for entry-level workers, and early retirement buyouts.

The negotiations began in July.

General Motors is expected to set the pattern for Ford and Chrysler.

According to published reports, GM's agreement includes adding thousands of jobs at US plants, offering buyouts for skilled trade-workers and enhancing the profit-sharing formula.
