NE INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Love sports and want to get involved in mentoring? Then become a Sports Buddy with Big Brothers, Big Sisters.

Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana is recruiting male volunteers for their Sports Buddy program.

Hundreds of boys ages 12-17 are on the waiting list for big brothers and the Sports Buddy program was created as a way to recruit male volunteers so that they could have a specific focus of their time together with their "little brother."

It's easy to become a volunteer.

1. Fill out an application on the Big Brothers, Big Sisters website
2.Complete the interview process with BB,BS
3. Meet twice a month with your "Little".
