Casey Anthony to be Released From Jail Next Week

ORLANDO (Indiana’s NewsCenter) –Casey Anthony had her sentencing Thursday morning.

Judge Belvin Perry sentenced Ms. Anthony to 1 year for each of the counts she was found guilty of, totaling 4 years in jail and a fine of $4,000 for lying to law enforcement officials.

Ms. Anthony has already served nearly three years and would get credit for time served as well as good behavior.

A court spokesperson said Casey Anthony will be released next week, July 13th.

She will return to court within 60-days for a hearing about how much money she might owe for the cost of the investigation.
